This Yellow Caturra, which refers to the yellow colour of the ripe berries, is grown on the Island of Maui near the town of Lahaina at altitudes from 350 to 1800 feet. The dry fragrance is nutty, chocolate and spice and the cup has lively citrus acidity balanced with great body and tastes of chocolate, peanut, dried apricot and sweet cream. Very complex!
